About the Role: As the ICU Head, you will lead and oversee the operations of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to ensure high-quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to maintain ICU standards. - Supervise and mentor intensivists, nurses, and other ICU staff. - Monitor patient outcomes, treatment effectiveness, and resource utilization in the ICU. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management and treatment plans. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and safety protocols. - Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical competencies. - Manage ICU scheduling, staff allocations, and emergency preparedness. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ICU research projects. - Act as a liaison between ICU staff, hospital administration, and patient families.
