Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Registrar in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in providing medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, monitoring, and treatment. - Assist in emergency interventions, resuscitations, and life-saving procedures. - Monitor patients' vital signs, laboratory results, and other diagnostic parameters to assess clinical status. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. - Administer medications, fluids, and therapies as per medical orders, ensuring proper dosages. - Perform routine procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and other ICU-related interventions. - Document patient progress, treatment plans, and any changes in clinical status in medical records. - Participate in daily rounds and case discussions to optimize patient care and treatment strategies. - Provide support and guidance to junior staff, including interns and nursing staff. - Stay updated with current critical care protocols, research, and best practices in the field.
