About the Role: As an Attending Consultant in Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating childhood illnesses, ensuring the health and well-being of our young patients.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and conditions such as infections, injuries, and chronic diseases. - Perform routine check-ups, immunizations, and growth and developmental assessments. - Monitor the development of infants and children, providing guidance on nutrition, behavior, and overall well-being. - Advise parents on health management, including vaccinations, nutrition, safety, and preventive care. - Manage chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, and developmental disorders. - Provide care for sick children in hospital settings, including urgent care and emergency treatment. - Coordinate with specialists when necessary for complex or specialized care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, diagnoses, and treatments. - Educate and counsel families on managing childhood illnesses and developmental challenges. - Stay updated on advances in pediatric medicine, treatments, and health guidelines.
