About the Role: As an Anesthesia Doctor at Shuvadarsini Hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Evaluate patients’ medical history and perform pre-operative assessments to determine appropriate anaesthesia plans. - Administer various types of anaesthesia (general, regional, or local) during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. - Continuously monitor patients' vital signs throughout the procedure. - Provide pain relief through nerve blocks, epidurals, or other techniques during and after procedures. - Address and manage any complications or adverse reactions to anaesthesia. - Oversee patients' recovery from anaesthesia, providing post-operative care. - Maintain detailed records of anaesthesia administration and patient outcomes. - Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to coordinate patient care. - Ensure anaesthesia equipment is in proper working condition. - Stay updated with advancements in anaesthesia techniques and best practices.
