About the Role: As a Consultant Intensivist, you will play a crucial role in managing critically ill patients and ensuring high-quality care in the ICU.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assess and manage critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions. - Oversee ICU care for medical and surgical cases, including trauma and post-operative recovery. - Administer advanced life-support treatments and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. - Monitor critical diagnostic data to inform treatment decisions. - Lead emergency resuscitations and manage life-threatening situations. - Provide consultations on intensive care management and supervise junior staff. - Document patient care in medical records and stay updated with developments in intensive care medicine.
