Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat patients with various types of cancer. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Provide support and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment options, side effects, and emotional support. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and nurses, to create comprehensive care plans. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in oncology treatments and research. - Participate in tumor board meetings and case discussions. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. - Educate patients on lifestyle changes and preventive care to manage cancer risks and improve health outcomes.
