About the Role: As a Nephrologist at Apollo Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating kidney diseases, ensuring optimal patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat kidney diseases and disorders, including chronic kidney disease (CKD). - Provide management for dialysis, kidney transplants, and other renal replacement therapies. - Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions. - Collaborate with other specialists in multi-disciplinary care for patients with kidney issues. - Educate patients about kidney health, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications. - Prescribe and monitor medications for kidney conditions. - Conduct follow-up visits to assess treatment effectiveness and manage complications. - Stay informed about the latest advancements in nephrology treatments. - Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and nephrology fellows. - Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations in patient care.
