About the Role: As a Gastro Physician at Chandan Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal disorders, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat disorders related to the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, including the stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, and esophagus. - Perform diagnostic tests like endoscopies, colonoscopies, and imaging studies to evaluate and manage GI conditions. - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for conditions such as acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Crohn’s disease, and liver disorders. - Provide care for patients with acute and chronic GI conditions, including those requiring long-term management. - Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and biopsy findings to make accurate diagnoses. - Collaborate with other medical professionals, such as surgeons, oncologists, and nutritionists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients about lifestyle changes, dietary modifications, and medication regimens for managing GI disorders. - Participate in preventive care programs by conducting screenings for conditions like colorectal cancer or hepatitis. - Stay updated with advancements in gastroenterology and adopt evidence-based practices in patient care.
