About the Role: As a Duty Doctor at Mark Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing primary medical care and treatment to patients in both emergency and non-emergency situations.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide primary medical care and treatment to patients in emergency and non-emergency situations. - Conduct initial assessments, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatments or medications as needed. - Respond promptly to patient inquiries and manage acute medical issues. - Maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. - Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. - Perform minor procedures, such as wound suturing, IV cannulation, and basic life support. - Monitor and manage admitted patients, ensuring their treatment plans are followed. - Ensure the proper functioning of medical equipment and inventory of emergency supplies. - Adhere to hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and legal medical standards. - Participate in regular medical training and stay updated with advancements in healthcare.
