About the Role: As a Pediatric Registrar at Bhatia Hospital, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating pediatric patients, ensuring the highest standards of care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of pediatric conditions, both acute and chronic. - Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and imaging. - Develop treatment plans in consultation with senior medical staff. - Communicate effectively with patients’ families about diagnoses and treatment options. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Maintain accurate patient records, including history and treatments. - Coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals. - Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings. - Respond promptly to pediatric emergencies and manage critical cases. - Contribute to clinical research projects or audits related to pediatric medicine. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
