About the Role: As a Radiology Registrar, you will play a crucial role in conducting and interpreting diagnostic imaging studies, ensuring timely and accurate diagnoses that impact patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct and interpret various diagnostic imaging studies (e.g., X-rays, CT, MRI, ultrasound). - Discuss complex imaging cases with the supervising consultant. - Prepare comprehensive reports for referring clinicians. - Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review imaging findings. - Communicate effectively with patients regarding imaging procedures. - Ensure patient safety by following radiation protection protocols. - Work with the radiology team to monitor patient conditions during procedures. - Assist in performing minor interventional procedures under supervision.
