Attending Consultant IVF

About the Role: As an Attending Consultant IVF, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating infertility issues, providing personalized care to patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing infertility issues in both male and female patients through comprehensive medical evaluations and diagnostic tests.
- Developing personalized IVF treatment plans based on individual patient needs and conditions, including hormonal therapy, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer.
- Performing and overseeing the process of egg retrieval, embryo culture, and embryo transfer procedures.
- Managing patients during pre-treatment, treatment, and post-treatment phases to ensure the best outcomes.
- Monitoring and adjusting medications for ovarian stimulation and supporting the reproductive cycle.
- Providing counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, helping them navigate the IVF process.
- Educating patients about the IVF process, potential risks, and success rates to set realistic expectations.
- Collaborating with embryologists, nurses, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
- Conducting and participating in fertility research, staying up-to-date with the latest IVF techniques, advancements, and treatments.
- Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff, fellows, and residents, ensuring high standards of practice in fertility care.
