About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anatomy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education by teaching and mentoring students.
What You'll Be Doing: - Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in anatomy through lectures, practical sessions, and demonstrations. - Assisting in planning, organizing, and conducting practical exams, assessments, and evaluations for anatomy students. - Conducting and participating in research activities related to anatomy, contributing to academic publications and presentations. - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior residents and students during practical sessions, dissections, and research projects. - Ensuring that students understand complex anatomical concepts through effective teaching methods, including the use of anatomical models and cadaveric specimens. - Collaborating with faculty members in developing and updating anatomy course curricula and materials. - Participating in academic and administrative duties such as attending departmental meetings, conducting seminars, and organizing workshops. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new advancements in anatomy, integrating modern techniques into teaching and research. - Managing lab facilities, ensuring that equipment, specimens, and resources are properly maintained and available for teaching purposes. - Fostering a positive learning environment and providing support for students' academic and professional development.
