About the Role: As a Consultant Neuro Surgeon, you will play a critical role in evaluating and diagnosing patients with neurological conditions, performing complex neurosurgical operations, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
What You'll Be Doing: - Evaluate and diagnose patients with neurological conditions such as brain tumors, spinal disorders, head injuries, or nerve-related issues. - Conduct thorough medical histories and neurological examinations. - Perform complex neurosurgical operations involving the brain, spine, or peripheral nerves. - Utilize advanced surgical techniques like minimally invasive surgery, endoscopic procedures, or neuro-navigation. - Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre-operative assessments and post-operative care strategies. - Monitor patient recovery, provide follow-up care, and adjust treatments as needed. - Work closely with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care. - Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss cases and treatment plans.
