About the Role: As a Jr. Resident Emergency Doctor, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations.
What You'll Be Doing: - Quickly assess and diagnose patients presenting in the emergency department. - Provide immediate treatment for a wide range of emergencies, including trauma and life-threatening conditions. - Perform life-saving interventions such as CPR and intubation. - Effectively triage patients based on the severity of their conditions. - Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care. - Communicate clearly with patients' families regarding treatment plans. - Accurately document patient conditions and treatments in medical records. - Follow established emergency department protocols and guidelines.
