About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, ensuring their health and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. - Conduct thorough evaluations and physical examinations of infants, children, and adolescents, developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans. - Participate in pediatric emergency care, managing urgent medical situations as part of the on-call team. - Mentor and supervise junior residents and medical students during their rotations. - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with institutional standards. - Engage in clinical research projects and quality improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care for pediatric patients. - Participate in continuing medical education activities to enhance clinical skills.
