About the Role: As an Intensivist, you will provide specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICU, making a significant impact on their recovery and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICU. - Monitor and manage life-supporting treatments, including ventilators and hemodynamic support. - Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and resuscitation. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient conditions. - Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety guidelines. - Communicate with patients’ families regarding prognosis, treatment, and care plans. - Supervise junior doctors, residents, and ICU nursing staff. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in critical care medicine. - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for patient care and compliance.
