How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and treat medical conditions in newborns, especially premature and critically ill infants. - Provide specialized care in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU). - Monitor and manage respiratory, cardiac, and other vital functions in newborns. - Perform life-saving procedures such as intubation, resuscitation, and ventilator management. - Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other specialists for comprehensive neonatal care. - Educate and counsel parents on newborn care, feeding, and potential health risks. - Conduct follow-up care for high-risk infants after discharge. - Stay updated on advancements in neonatal treatments and technologies. - Ensure compliance with medical ethics, safety standards, and hospital protocols. - Maintain accurate medical records and document treatment plans.
