About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Orthopaedics, you will play a crucial role in assessing and managing patients with various musculoskeletal disorders and assisting in surgeries.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assess and manage patients with musculoskeletal disorders, fractures, arthritis, and other orthopaedic conditions. - Perform initial diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care. - Assist in orthopaedic surgeries, including trauma, joint replacement, arthroscopy, and spine surgeries. - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients. - Monitor patient recovery and manage complications. - Assist consultants in major orthopaedic procedures. - Independently perform minor surgical procedures under supervision. - Conduct emergency trauma management in orthopaedic cases.
