About the Role: As a Jr. Embryologist/Embryologist, you will play a crucial role in assisted reproductive techniques, contributing to the success of fertility treatments.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform assisted reproductive techniques (ART) such as IVF, ICSI, and embryo freezing. - Handle sperm preparation, oocyte retrieval, and embryo culture processes. - Conduct quality control checks on laboratory equipment and culture media. - Monitor embryo development and assess viability for implantation. - Maintain accurate records of procedures, samples, and patient data. - Assist in cryopreservation and thawing of embryos, sperm, and oocytes. - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and laboratory protocols. - Collaborate with fertility specialists and healthcare teams for patient care. - Educate and counsel patients on embryo transfer procedures and outcomes. - Stay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine and embryology techniques.
