About the Role: As a Urologist at Chinmaya Mission Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat disorders of the urinary tract, including the kidneys, bladder, and urethra. - Manage and treat conditions affecting the male reproductive system, such as erectile dysfunction, infertility, and prostate issues. - Conduct physical examinations, review patient history, and interpret diagnostic tests like urine analysis, ultrasounds, and cystoscopies. - Treat conditions such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones, incontinence, and bladder cancer. - Perform surgical procedures, including cystectomies, prostatectomies, and kidney stone removal. - Provide non-surgical treatments, including medication and lifestyle counseling for conditions like BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) and overactive bladder. - Work closely with other specialists for comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. - Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and surgical techniques in urology.
