Join Our Team at Apex University: We are seeking a dedicated Ophthalmologist to provide exceptional eye care and treatment to our patients.
Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat eye conditions, diseases, and injuries, including glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration. - Perform comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and identify refractive errors or other abnormalities. - Prescribe corrective lenses, medications, or therapies for visual impairments and eye disorders. - Conduct advanced diagnostic tests, such as visual field tests, OCT scans, and corneal topography. - Perform surgical procedures, including cataract removal, LASIK, and retinal surgeries, to restore or enhance vision. - Manage and monitor chronic eye conditions, providing long-term care and follow-ups. - Provide emergency care for eye injuries or acute conditions such as retinal detachment or infections. - Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and post-treatment guidelines. - Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. - Stay updated with advancements in ophthalmology through continued education and research participation.
