About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and clinical evaluations.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct thorough clinical evaluations, diagnose, and manage patients in outpatient, inpatient, and critical care settings. - Monitor the progress of admitted patients, ensuring timely investigations and treatments. - Respond promptly to medical emergencies and manage critically ill patients. - Participate in ward rounds, coordinate care plans, and ensure comprehensive documentation of patient records. - Supervise junior residents, interns, and medical students during clinical rotations. - Guide junior staff in diagnosis, procedures, and patient management practices. - Conduct bedside teaching and seminars for students and residents. - Ensure adherence to infection control protocols during procedures.
