Your Core Responsibilities: - Interpret medical images such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds to diagnose conditions. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans based on diagnostic results. - Perform interventional radiology procedures, such as biopsies and catheter placements, if qualified. - Advise patients and healthcare providers on the appropriate imaging techniques for specific diagnoses. - Review and analyze imaging results to identify abnormalities or diseases. - Maintain accurate patient records and report findings to the referring physician. - Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of imaging equipment. - Educate patients on the imaging process and provide reassurance as needed. - Stay current with advancements in radiology technologies and practices.
