Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Jr. Nephrologist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients with kidney disorders, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
How You'll Contribute: - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with kidney disorders, including CKD, acute kidney injury (AKI), and electrolyte imbalances. - Monitor and manage patients undergoing dialysis, kidney transplantation, and other nephrological treatments. - Prescribe appropriate medications and lifestyle modifications for kidney disease management. - Supervise and manage dialysis procedures, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. - Assist in pre- and post-operative care for kidney transplant patients. - Coordinate with transplant teams, surgeons, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care. - Perform renal biopsies, catheter placements, and other minor nephrology-related procedures. - Interpret laboratory tests, imaging reports, and biopsy results to formulate treatment plans.
