Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and manage a broad range of adult diseases, including chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and infections. - Provide comprehensive patient care, including routine check-ups, preventive health measures, and managing complex medical cases. - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient conditions, medical history, and diagnostic test results. - Coordinate with other specialists to ensure holistic and multidisciplinary care for patients with multi-system involvement. - Monitor patient progress, adjust medications and therapies, and provide continuous care for chronic and acute conditions. - Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, treatment options, lifestyle changes, and managing long-term health conditions. - Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, imaging, and biopsies, to inform treatment decisions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in internal medicine, clinical guidelines, and new treatment protocols. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff, including residents, fellows, and medical students.
