About the Role: As a Gastro Surgeon at Shiv Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal disorders through surgical intervention.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders requiring surgical intervention. - Perform complex surgeries, including gastric bypass, colorectal surgery, and liver resections. - Conduct preoperative assessments, including medical history review and diagnostic imaging. - Develop and implement individualized surgical treatment plans. - Provide postoperative care, monitoring recovery and managing complications. - Collaborate with gastroenterologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in gastrointestinal surgery and minimally invasive techniques. - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. - Educate patients and families about surgical procedures, risks, and post-care requirements.
