About the Role: As an HDU Registrats, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing patients requiring high-level observation and support.
What You'll Be Doing: - Monitoring and managing the condition of patients requiring high-level observation and support. - Assessing patients' clinical conditions and adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with senior doctors. - Administering medications, intravenous fluids, and other treatments as required by patients. - Assisting in performing medical procedures such as intubation, catheterization, and central line insertion. - Managing patient care using advanced medical equipment like ventilators and cardiac monitors. - Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records, including medical history and treatment details. - Responding promptly to medical emergencies within the unit, ensuring quick intervention. - Communicating with patients' families about treatment plans, progress, and potential risks. - Providing supervision and guidance to junior medical staff, residents, and nurses. - Ensuring adherence to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety measures.
