About the Role: As a Pediatrics Registrar, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, ensuring their growth and development are monitored effectively.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide medical care to pediatric inpatients and outpatients. - Monitor growth, development, and clinical progress of children. - Assist consultants during ward rounds and clinical procedures. - Manage pediatric emergencies under supervision. - Take detailed history and perform clinical examinations. - Prescribe medications and order necessary investigations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. - Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers. - Participate in academic sessions and departmental CMEs. - Ensure adherence to pediatric care protocols and infection control.
