About the Role: As a General Surgeon at Shiv Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating surgical conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat surgical conditions affecting various body systems. - Perform surgeries such as appendectomies, hernia repairs, and gastrointestinal procedures. - Conduct preoperative evaluations, including medical history and diagnostic tests. - Develop personalized treatment plans, considering both surgical and non-surgical options. - Provide postoperative care, including monitoring recovery and managing complications. - Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care. - Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. - Stay updated on advancements in surgical techniques and best practices. - Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, risks, and post-care requirements. - Participate in emergency and trauma care as needed.
