Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions in children, including congenital deformities, fractures, and spine disorders. - Perform specialized surgeries such as limb lengthening, scoliosis correction, and clubfoot repair. - Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including imaging studies (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans). - Develop customized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical approaches. - Provide preoperative and postoperative care to ensure proper healing and rehabilitation. - Collaborate with pediatricians, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation specialists for holistic care. - Stay updated on advancements in pediatric orthopedic surgery and minimally invasive techniques. - Educate parents and caregivers about their child’s orthopedic condition, treatment options, and recovery process. - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare and safety regulations.
