About the Role: As an ENT Surgeon at Shiv Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. - Perform surgeries such as tonsillectomy, sinus surgery, cochlear implants, and head & neck tumor removal. - Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history and diagnostic tests (CT, MRI, audiometry). - Develop personalized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical interventions. - Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure patient recovery and minimize complications. - Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for comprehensive care. - Stay updated on advancements in ENT surgical techniques and minimally invasive procedures. - Educate patients and families about ENT conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
