Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Intensivist at Nidhi Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
How You'll Contribute: - Monitor and manage patients with life-threatening conditions, including multi-organ failure, respiratory distress, and severe infections. - Perform and oversee advanced life support procedures such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and dialysis. - Interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, imaging, and ECGs, to guide treatment decisions. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, anesthetists, and specialty consultants, to ensure optimal patient care. - Prescribe medications, fluids, and nutrition support based on patient needs. - Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and arterial line placement. - Ensure strict infection control measures and ICU protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections. - Supervise and train junior doctors, nurses, and ICU staff in critical care management.
