Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients under faculty supervision.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide inpatient and outpatient care to pediatric patients under faculty supervision. - Manage pediatric emergencies, neonatal care, and critical care cases. - Conduct routine check-ups, immunizations, and growth monitoring. - Participate in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. - Attend clinical rounds, case presentations, and departmental academic sessions. - Supervise junior residents and interns during ward and OPD duties. - Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and discharge summaries. - Assist in research projects, thesis guidance, and academic publications. - Participate in health education programs and community outreach activities.
