About the Role: As a Consultant Nephrologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating kidney-related disorders, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat kidney-related disorders, including CKD, AKI, and nephrotic syndrome. - Manage dialysis patients and oversee hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatments. - Perform and interpret diagnostic tests like kidney function tests and biopsies. - Develop personalized treatment plans for kidney disease management. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. - Counsel patients on lifestyle changes, diet, and medication adherence. - Handle pre- and post-kidney transplant care for patients. - Stay updated with advancements in nephrology and participate in research or CMEs. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical protocols.
