About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in managing both inpatient and outpatient services, contributing to the overall healthcare delivery in our institution.
What You'll Be Doing: - Manage inpatient and outpatient services under supervision of faculty. - Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. - Participate in clinical rounds, case presentations, and academic discussions. - Assist in emergency care, ICU management, and procedures like lumbar puncture, ascitic tap, etc. - Supervise and guide interns and junior residents during their postings. - Maintain accurate clinical records, discharge summaries, and patient documentation. - Contribute to teaching activities for UG/PG students and attend departmental CMEs. - Participate in clinical audits, morbidity-mortality meetings, and quality improvement programs. - Assist in research projects, data analysis, and publication writing.
