About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Pharmacology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education and research.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in teaching pharmacological concepts to undergraduate and postgraduate students. - Conduct practical classes, demonstrations, and interactive sessions on experimental pharmacology. - Participate in departmental academic activities such as seminars and journal clubs. - Support faculty in research work, including data collection, analysis, and publication. - Help in preparing and conducting internal assessments and university exams. - Assist in pharmacovigilance activities and drug safety monitoring programs. - Contribute to curriculum development as per NMC and institutional norms. - Supervise students in labs and mentor interns or junior residents. - Maintain and manage departmental records and laboratory inventory. - Engage in workshops, conferences, and institutional CME activities.
