Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in ENT, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients under faculty supervision.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide inpatient and outpatient care for ENT patients under faculty supervision. - Assist in elective and emergency ENT surgeries (e.g., tonsillectomy, septoplasty, tracheostomy). - Manage ENT emergencies such as epistaxis, airway obstruction, and foreign bodies. - Conduct routine ENT examinations using endoscopy, audiometry, etc. - Participate in academic sessions, case discussions, and clinical meetings. - Supervise and guide junior residents and interns during clinical duties. - Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and discharge summaries. - Support teaching of undergraduate medical students through clinics and demonstrations. - Engage in research, audits, and scholarly publication work.
