About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesiology, you will play a crucial role in patient care during surgeries and critical situations.
What You'll Be Doing: - Administer anesthesia for elective and emergency surgeries under supervision. - Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications. - Provide pre-anesthetic evaluation and post-operative care in recovery units. - Participate in pain management services and critical care units (ICU). - Assist in resuscitation and airway management in emergency settings. - Supervise and train junior residents and interns in anesthesia techniques. - Maintain accurate anesthesia records and adhere to monitoring protocols. - Conduct academic sessions, seminars, and case presentations. - Engage in departmental research, audits, and scholarly publications.
