About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care and managing orthopedic patients across various settings.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide clinical care to orthopedic patients in OPD, ward, and emergency settings. - Assist in elective and emergency orthopedic surgeries under faculty supervision. - Manage trauma cases, fracture reductions, splinting, and post-op care. - Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and academic presentations. - Supervise and train junior residents and interns during clinical duties. - Conduct minor orthopedic procedures independently as per competence. - Maintain accurate clinical records, operative notes, and follow-up documentation. - Teach undergraduate students through clinics, demonstrations, and bedside teaching. - Contribute to departmental research, audits, and academic publications. - Adhere to hospital protocols, surgical safety, and sterilization practices.
