About the Role: As a Junior Consultant in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing orthopedic conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage orthopedic conditions in OPD, IPD, and emergency. - Assist in trauma care, fracture management, and orthopedic surgeries. - Perform clinical examinations and interpret imaging studies. - Apply and manage casts, splints, and traction devices. - Monitor post-operative patients and guide rehabilitation. - Maintain detailed patient records and surgical notes. - Coordinate with senior consultants and physiotherapy teams. - Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery protocols. - Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and academic discussions.
