Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions requiring surgical intervention, including congenital deformities, burns, trauma, and aesthetic enhancements. - Perform reconstructive surgeries such as breast reconstruction, cleft lip and palate repair, and skin grafts. - Conduct cosmetic procedures including facelifts, rhinoplasty, and body contouring surgeries. - Assess and design personalized surgical plans based on patient needs and health conditions. - Manage post-operative care, ensuring proper healing, pain management, and minimal scarring. - Educate patients about surgical options, potential risks, and realistic expectations. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dermatologists, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists. - Stay updated on advancements in plastic and reconstructive surgery techniques. - Handle emergency procedures for traumatic injuries such as lacerations, burns, and fractures.
