About the Role: As a Consultant in Neonatology, you will provide expert medical care to newborns, including preterm and critically ill infants.
What You'll Be Doing: - Lead neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) operations and ensure high-quality standards. - Conduct diagnostic assessments and formulate treatment plans for neonatal patients. - Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and allied health staff in multidisciplinary teams. - Perform and supervise procedures such as intubation, surfactant administration, and exchange transfusions. - Counsel and support families regarding neonatal conditions, prognosis, and care plans. - Monitor and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and neonatal care guidelines.
