About the Role: As a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in restoring form and function through advanced surgical techniques.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries. - Diagnose and treat congenital, developmental, and trauma-related deformities. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex surgical planning. - Conduct preoperative evaluations and explain procedures to patients. - Use advanced surgical techniques including microsurgery and skin grafting. - Ensure optimal post-operative care and monitor healing. - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. - Stay updated with advancements in the field. - Train and supervise junior doctors and surgical staff as required.
