About the Role: As a Clinical Hematologist at Medanta Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing patients with hematological disorders, ensuring comprehensive care and treatment.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage patients with hematological disorders, including anemia, clotting disorders, and blood cancers. - Interpret bone marrow biopsies, peripheral smears, and advanced hematology diagnostics. - Administer and monitor chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other treatments. - Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists for comprehensive care. - Provide expertise in blood transfusion practices and stem cell transplantation. - Participate in clinical research and contribute to academic publications. - Guide junior doctors and medical staff in hematology protocols. - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. - Attend tumor boards and multidisciplinary case discussions.
