About the Role: As a Consultant Pediatric, you will play a crucial role in the health and well-being of children, providing comprehensive care and support.
What You'll Be Doing: - Examine, diagnose, and treat illnesses, infections, injuries, and developmental disorders in children. - Provide preventive care including immunizations, wellness check-ups, and health education. - Monitor growth and development milestones and advise parents on nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention. - Manage chronic pediatric conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies. - Respond to pediatric emergencies and supervise neonatal and pediatric intensive care if needed. - Collaborate with other specialists for complex cases. - Maintain detailed medical records and ensure timely documentation. - Guide and support junior doctors, nurses, and allied health staff.
