About the Role: As a Physician Assistant at VS Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in patient care, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct patient interviews and physical examinations to assess medical conditions and develop treatment plans. - Assist in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work, X-rays, and other imaging procedures. - Prescribe medications as per state regulations and clinical protocols. - Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. - Perform minor surgical procedures and assist in major surgeries when necessary. - Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications. - Document patient histories, examination findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans in medical records.
