Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Associate Consultant/Consultant in Nephrology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing kidney-related diseases, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage kidney-related diseases, including acute and chronic renal failure. - Provide specialized care for patients undergoing dialysis and kidney transplantation. - Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as kidney biopsies and imaging studies. - Develop personalized treatment plans, including medications and lifestyle recommendations. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including urologists, transplant surgeons, and dietitians. - Monitor patients receiving dialysis and ensure adherence to treatment protocols. - Educate patients and families about kidney disease prevention and management. - Supervise and train junior doctors, residents, and medical staff in nephrology care. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies. - Stay updated with advancements in nephrology and participate in research and clinical trials.
