About the Role: As an Associate Consultant/Consultant in Interventional Cardiology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing cardiovascular diseases, focusing on interventional procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases with a focus on interventional procedures. - Perform minimally invasive cardiac procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, and catheterization. - Interpret diagnostic tests, including ECG, echocardiography, and stress tests. - Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialists for patient care. - Monitor and manage post-procedure recovery and complications in patients. - Educate patients and families about heart disease prevention and treatment options. - Supervise and train junior doctors, residents, and cardiac care teams. - Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and ensure adherence to medical protocols. - Participate in clinical research, trials, and advancements in interventional cardiology.
