About the Role: As an Emergency Physician at Saifee Hospital, you will play a critical role in providing immediate medical care to patients in urgent need. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes in emergency situations.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform rapid evaluation of patients presenting with acute illnesses, trauma, and medical emergencies. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays, ECGs, blood work, and ultrasounds. - Determine the severity of conditions and prioritize treatment based on triage protocols. - Provide immediate resuscitation and life-saving interventions, including intubation, defibrillation, and advanced airway management. - Administer emergency medications and pain management as per protocols. - Perform emergency procedures such as central line placement, chest tube insertion, and suturing of wounds. - Coordinate patient transfers to intensive care units (ICU), operating rooms, or other departments as required. - Communicate effectively with family members regarding patient conditions and treatment plans.
